Welcome to my blog! I have principally quit social media platforms to protest against their anti-free-speech content filtering. I am sharing thoughts and details on all sorts of projects work on.
I hold some useless degrees such as BA MEng (Cantab.), and am a current PhD research student in Thermofluids Engineering. A long-haunted ghost at Trumpington Street Site, CB2 1PZ, and a frequent visitor of Dyson Centre.
Research interest in improving the efficiency of the multi-stage travelling-wave thermoacoustic engine and cooling systems.
DIY interest in metal and wood works, machining, and any precision manufacturing (apart from 3D printing). Hobby graphic and font designer, photographer. Will start on signwriting soon!

Not particularly mean anything. Just want to create an illustration of some art-deco style.
The original poster found online looks like this, nothing wrong. A very typical Post WWI style, some sort of art-deco. Nice looking Gill Sans-ish typeface – admittedly at that time nothing was standardised, maybe is Read more…
